Inspiration for New work

Making information about climate change look exciting is what I aim to do. My current project is based around the melting of Polar ice caps and the struggles that Polar Bears are facing. Although they are the face of awareness I feel that starting with something so well understood in our world is important. I’ve been watching more documentaries and researching into the food chains which could collapse if the Polar bear numbers continue to decrease.

Here is a clip on youtube from a BBC Documentary showing the struggle that Polar Bears are facing, they are having to swim many more miles than previous in order to get food. Polar Bears are reliant on Floating ice so they can catch Seals (pretty much the only thing they eat.) Less floating ice is making this very difficult.
